Welcome to Unfallen. By downloading, installing, or using the Unfallen mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unfallen, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Unfallen is a spiritual wellness application that provides users with a guardian angel companion. The App includes prayer tracking, screen time monitoring, guided prayers, and angel health visualization features.

Angel health visualization is a gamification feature and does NOT represent actual spiritual measurement or theological truth.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, angel artwork, icons, images, audio, and software—are the exclusive property of ReallyCreativeIdeas.com Pte Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any personal prayer data you input into the App.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REALLYCREATIVEIDEAS.COM PTE LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReallyCreativeIdeas.com Pte Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or sending you a notification. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
